about me
Born and raised in the Bay Area, I identify as queer and am a survivor of breast cancer. When not working, I am often in or near a river, hiking with my animals, reading about quantum physics, attempting to grow the perfect tomato, or taking bad pictures of my cats.
I am a trauma-informed licensed clinical social worker with over nine years of experience treating clients with a wide range of symptoms and life experiences. I primarily utilize acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) and EMDR modalities to support people as they heal and build meaningful lives.
